Update Your Health Scores for the March Report 📊

It’s time to update your health scores! As we prepare to pull data for the March Health Score Report on March 31, we’re asking everyone to take a few minutes to update your health score in the mental well-being, physical health, nutrition, self-control, and mindfulness categories.

The Health Score Report gives us a snapshot of our community’s overall health and helps identify where support is needed most. This isn’t about individual tracking—your personal scores remain private—but the collective data allows us to shape community messaging, events, and health initiatives that directly address what’s happening in real time.
To update your health score, simply follow these steps:
1. Open the app and navigate to any of the categories: mental well-being, physical health, nutrition, self-control, or mindfulness.
2. Once you're in the category, look for the “Update My Answers” button near the top.
3. Click on that, and complete the assessment for the category.
Note: The physical activity and sleep categories do not have the "Update My Answers" option because the data in these categories is automatically captured based on your app activity.
As you update your health score, please be as honest as possible. The more accurate the data, the better we can tailor resources to meet real needs. How have you been feeling lately? Have your habits changed? Are there areas where you need more support? Even if you don’t think much has changed in the past month, checking in with yourself and updating your responses ensures we’re working with the most accurate, up-to-date picture of our community’s health.
